Random thoughts

We received our house assessment yesterday in the mail. It's fallen so that the house is assessed at about $90K less than what we paid for it. But, this is not unexpected. Our zip code is one of the hardest hit in the area for foreclosures. Also, we're not planning on selling anytime soon. I expect that by the time we're ready to sell, the market will have recovered and be in another boom cycle again. At least this means our tax bill won't be going up much!

Besides OOP and UML, I need to learn more about the database end of web programming.
