Too late for Borders, B&N, but all brick & mortar bookstores?

I can see why Borders and B&N are in trouble. No chain is going to be able to devote that much retail space to physical books anymore. But I'm not sure I agree with the assertion that all brick & mortar bookstores are doomed.
