Now we just need to convince management that investing in offshoring and H-1Bs is also not going to get the work done any cheaper or faster.
MPAA: This is a variation on an old practice...catch someone breaking into your network or servers and then recruit them to secure them. I have to agree that it makes the MPAA look bad, but the evidence is probably inadmissable in a court to begin with, as it is 'fruit of the poisonous tree', having been obtained in an illegal manner.
